RecoveryConnect is a complete back-office asset recovery management solution built upon the original MRS structure with added functionality. This comprehensive back-office asset recovery platform provides a single system with one login and simplified pricing model for agents that leverage MBSi’s existing lender and forwarder integrations for real-time assignment statuses, compliance-enabled case checks through integration with RISC and the flexibility of the AWS cloud. 



Migration Phases

We are migrating Agencies, Forwarders and Lenders to RecoveryConnect in phases starting with MRS Customers and Agencies.

  1. Anyone who is an active MRS customer will be the first to experience RecoveryConnect with our Phase 1 release.
  2. In Phase 2, we will begin reaching out to agencies to turn on the MBSi legacy integration – this means all your iRepo and/or RePros cases will be available in the new RecoveryConnect. One system, one login. Your agency will have one system to view, receive and work MBSi originated cases as soon as you're moved.

We deployed RecoveryConnect and the RCM mobile app to all existing MRS customers on July 9.

Once the data migration from iRepo is finished and the integration is turned on, we will begin to migrate agencies off of iRepo and to the new RecoveryConnect. When ready, we will reach out to individual Agencies to schedule your move. Moving day will consist of a Zoom meeting with the MBSi team to verify your data is correct and ensure your set-up is complete.
