This article applies to lenders, forwarders and agencies
Step 1: Navigate to the case, click OPTIONS
Step 2: Under OPTIONS, click Create Complaint
Step 3; Fill out the form and click Save
Note: Complainant's Name is the person making the complaint. Offender refers to either the lender, forwarder, agent or borrower. You are able to upload attachments associated with the complaint.
When the complaint has been created, the involved service provider is notified and the Complaints tab will be red until the complaint(s) are resolved.
Click the Gear to view attachments and edit the complaint.
Note: Only the owner of the complaint can make edits
