This article applies to lender company admins 





Step 1: From the parent case view navigate to the Service Provider tab

Note: Cases need to be accepted by the Service Provider before you are able to change the Switch Date.



Step 2: Click the Gear in the upper right corner

Step 3: Select Update Switch Date



Step 4: Input the new desired Switch Date and click Update 



Once updated you will see the new Switch Date within the case information
