Clicking the gear icon/edit option on an existing address offers a lot of options/actions against the selected address. Below are the options/actions available when using edit on a address.
Lets look into them one by one.
Mark Address as valid: an agent can mark an address as valid or invalid, by clicking on "mark address as valid" link, we get confirmation window for marking address as valid or invalid. If we are setting as invalid, we have to give an appropriate reason for marking address as invalid as shown below.
When address is "Set as invalid", it removes from addresses and will not show on Maps in RC and RCM.
When address is "Set as valid", it turns to blue in color within addresses and is clickable, as seen below;
Clicking the address, you are taken to maps for the address location.
By clicking on the re-map address we get a google map marker, which allows you to drag the map marker to the desired location and re-map the address location.
Create first Hit Update: when you click on create first hit update, an update form will appear for you to add the first hit on the collateral into the case.
When adding an update complete all required fields including type of update, which increases the counter for address hits from left side of the section as follows.
Set priority on door knock: This gives direction for the agent who is attempting to recover the collateral to complete a door knock of the address provided. Clicking on this action asks for confirmation, when submitted it is marked as "knock door" on the priority/spotted field on the left side of the section.
Set priority to unit spotted(garage): Setting as spotted(garage) allows you to indicate the vehicle is found at the addresses garage. Same as door knock, upon clicking a confirmation will be asked if set yes and will update priority field.
Set priority to Unit spotted (driveway): Setting as spotted (driveway) allows you to indicate that the vehicle was spotted on driveway of an address, confirming this selection sets priority to driveway, as seen below.
By setting the Address as pick up location you can indicate a valid pick up location for the vehicle to be recovered at. You will receive the below confirmation request when setting an address as a pick-up location.
Edit: this option allows user to edit the address. By clicking an edit form will be opened where the address and related information can be updated, as follows:
Do Not Contact: this option will set the address as do not contact. This should be used if the borrower is not available or should not be contacted at this address. When selected Do Not Contact will appear next to the address.
Add Photos: allows the user to add photos to the case, you must select photos and then use upload to add the photos to the attachment tab in case dashboard.
View on Map: Upon clicking you can view the address on map and re-map the location as well. Re-map works the same as explained prior.
View on Google Map: This option allows the user to view the address on google maps with the co-ordinates, as follows.
View street View: This option gives the street view of the address as follows.
RE-Map Address: it is same option as explained earlier, this is simply a short cut option for remapping the address in google map marker by drag method.
Delete: This option is to delete the address and other details related to it, a confirmation will be asked before deleting is complete.

For example borrower has two cars they have defaulted on their loans with the same bank or a boat that includes the boat and trailer as separate collateral that need to be repossessed.
You may also edit collateral details using the edit option . When clicked you will see the collateral form a form which can be edited as needed.
