Assigned to is the second tab on case details dashboard, this tab gives us the details on how many field agents/service providers are assigned to the case.


Here you also have the option to add field agents/service providers to the case as well.

Field Agents 


mceclip0.png clicking on the "+" mark of the fieldagents we can add new field agent to the case or remove an existing field agent, as follows;

My field agents is a drop down box which will have all the agents listed, which you can select one from them to this case.

After selecting, as seen for Melody C Grace, the field agent is added in the agent list. You can see that she does not cover the address so the system notifies you, but will still you can assign this case to her. Field agent will also now appear, as below, versus showing as previous "Non Selected".

The gear icon offers options that can be selected for any assigned field agent.

the gear icon on has four functions that can be executed, which are; Re-open Agent, Hold agent, Close agent, Remove agent.


Re-open agent: here we can re-open the case for an field agent who was previously placed on-hold or closed agent, its like re-assigning them the case .

Hold agent: agents assigned will be listed, we can select only the one we want to update as on-hold. Allowing you to stop specific field agents from pursuing the case.

Close Agent: allows you to select the agent for whom we want to close their case.

Remove Agent: will remove the agent from the case assigned.

Assign to Service providers:


Below field agents section you will find the "Assign to Service Providers" section.  Here you can assign the case to service providers by clicking on the plus mark next to service provider assign option. 


Depending on your company type this can be a client assigning to a Forwarder or Direct Vendor or if you a Forwarding company this can be forwarding/outsourcing a case to a Vendor/Repo Agency.

Service provider will be auto filled to companies you have relationships with based on the case type and other case details.


If the service provider you want to assign to is not present in the initial list presented, you can find other service providers if available and  add them to the case.


Clicking on the find others option, as seen below, will offer a list of other SP.

Clicking on add to list will add them to this case and the client can assign this to multi service providers.

After assigning service providers their details will be shown in the section and "Assigned to" will display the following details for assigned Service providers.

Clicking on the Service provider name you can see all the details of the service provider, like their office address, employees list and etc.

on clicking the printer icon we get (RC) service provider assignment form, Recovery connect service provider agreement form is the assignment form between the client and SP(Service Provider), we can work with the form by using the printer icon next the the Service Providers name, see below.

The eye icon will allow user to view the assignment form, fax the form by using telephone icon, email the form by selecting the mail icon, print and download the form respectively.

The "*" gear icon is for re-open, close and re-assign the case for service provider, same options as shown for adding field agents.


Service Provider > Case collaterals section: these are the collaterals (assets) involved with the case that need to be repossessed.

Service Providers > Case Highlights: are the highlights of the case that help for service providers to assign the case to Case Workers and more.

Case workers are the workers assigned by ServiceProvider to this case.


Case tags can be viewed and added.

Service provider case alerts: we can be viewed and added to set an alert for service provider here. Below is how to add alerts.

We can give an alert name and schedule it whenever a client wants to alert the Service Provider. After saving an alert it will be added in the case details section as seen below.

Assigned office location: it the location provided by the client while creating case 

Contract: it is the the contract that is created during case creation, which is already explained here

Service Providers > Assigned addresses/References:

Here we can add addresses and view the current address on google maps.

Clicking on the plus sign next to assigned addresses/references you get two options as follows;

Clicking on the primary address it will open google map of the address.

Here you can assign the address to the service provider's listed. You can also "verify and assign addresses" by using drag functionality or just keep address same as it is by clicking on "don't change anything".Service Providers > Case documents: is where you can manage documents for a service provider.

Clicking on plus mark next to case documents will allow you to add/upload docs.

Service Providers > Case Photos: case photos works the same as documents.

Clicking on plus mark next to Case photos allows you to add photos related to the case to share with Service Providers.

Service Providers > Prior case history: Prior case history can be viewed is the section where you can see the details of the previous case history if the case is re-opened.
