Forms are the collection of all the case forms listed in a single section. Forms such as custom forms, condition report forms, asset recovery forms and various other kinds of forms that are related only to the individual case. Below is a example of this section.
In this example this is repossessed case so you can see all the forms already created for the recovered asset. For example the "collateral photos form" is attached to the case and can be viewed, looking something like this;
Client acknowledge form can be opened and a sample can be seen below.
Same for Update forms
and Receipt of repossessed vehicle. For receipt of repossessed vehicle the system will ask you to select which asset you want a receipt for since there may be many vehicles that have repossessed on the case.
Selecting the recovery you want to produce receipt for will then present the receipt, as seen below.
As you can see in each image, each form you open has action buttons at the bottom for options to save as case attachment, download the form, print, fax and/or email the form.
