Detailed information of your field agents by zone can be found by navigating to Agents > Zone Management 



  • The section in green color depicts the list of employees who are currently scheduled to be working
  • The section in grey section depicts employees who are not currently scheduled to be working
  • Reporting under each field agent: 
    • Address reports: Address details of the cases or the companies the agent working for 
    • Field Agents( old): Field agent details and where they are working, active cases under agent and other details
    • Zone statics: day to day report or statics  based on zone and statistical performance 
    • Agent Routing: details of the route followed by the agent and other details on a weekly basis
    • Agent Geo fencing: Area geo-fencing on the desired location of the agent 
    • Interactive Map: Map which will show the path to the agents or helpful for navigation
