The Address Report allows you to view the addresses assigned to each agent.
From the main menu bar, navigate to Agents > Address Report.
The Address Report contains details for your company and you can sort by the following options to display desired results:
- Field Agent
- Zone
- Clients
- Address Type
- Collateral Type
- Drivetrain
- Case Type
- Address Hits
- Availability
- Validity
Note: you also have the option via toggle switch for Runsheet View
After selecting filter options, click Filter Addresses to display results.
You can click on any of the displayed results to be taken to the case details.
The blue gear icon at the top of the Address Report page provides the following options:
- Map Address: view the address in map
- Configure Results: Filter all reportable fields
- Push to mobile app: ability to determine what cases you would like pushed to RCM
- Export to: PDF, CSV or Excel
