From the home screen, navigate to Agents > Field Agents (old) a list of field agents and their associated address, zones, current status, and other items related to agents.
Managing Field Agents
Click on the gear next to the field agent to manage thier detials.

- Note: An admin can create and establish user names and passwords. You also have the option for restricted login by day. For example, you can prevent an agent from logging in on restricted days and those would be selected in this section.

- Manage route/Permission:
- An agent can be given to many permission for access of the many sorts of settings, routes, and select features within RecoveryConnect. Clicking on enable or disable will enable or disable to individual factor for the agent
- Manage Notifications:
- You have the ability to set up notifications to an agent by email, website, app or SMS. Select the agent name, and check the notifications you want the agent to receive.
