This article applies to forwarders Pending Connections
Pending Connections are the inbound and outbound connection requests either sent to you or sent by you to be approved or denied by a Lender, Forwarder, or Service Provider.
Step 1: Hover on Providers and click Pending Connections
If you have pending connection requests, you will see the number in the red bubble counter.
From here, you can Accept or Decline a request sent to you or you can cancel a request that you sent out.
Find Service Providers
To find a service provider, search by partial name, phone, zip, or address/coverage area
If there is a "+" symbol, you can click the + to add or send a connection request to that service provider.
