Once you have set up the Appointment Scheduler for your company, you can enable appointment links and begin using the scheduler.


Enabling Appointment Links


Once your Appointment Scheduler is set up in your company profile, you can select to enable appointments within the individual case for the options available:

  • Redemption
  • Personal Property
  • Transport
  • Keys

On the Case Details screen, you will see Appointments in the workflow after the recovery has been completed. 



Click enable appointment next to the Appointment Type to activate the link you can send to the borrower or third-party vendor. This will also enable the search if you have the general links on your website for a borrower or third-party vendor to search online using the last 6 of the VIN.  


Note: Each activated link is unique to that particular Appointment Type for that case. The link will take the borrower or the vendor directly to the calendar to schedule that appointment. 




 

Using the Scheduler


The scheduler allows you to:

  • Provide a link to the borrower or third-party vendor to schedule an appointment
  • View appointments
  • Cancel or reschedule appointments. 


Scheduling Appointments 


Sending the borrower or third-party vendor the active link from the Appointments tab in the case will enable them to schedule an appointment.


Once they click the link from the email, they will be able to create an appointment by selecting the service type (if applicable) and clicking Next.

They can choose from available time slots for that appointment type.

They will need to out the required fields on the Personal Information page and click Next.

Once completed, they will need to click Confirm

After confirming, they will see a success notice and an email is sent both to your agency and the borrower/vendor who scheduled the appointment.

Viewing Appointments


Scheduled appointments can be found in the Appointments tab for the individual case.

To view all appointments for a particular lot, navigate to the Appointments screen: 

Company Settings > My Company Profile > Click the gear on the desired lot > Manage Appointments 


Click on Appointments for a calendar view.

Cancel or Reschedule Appointments


Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled by either the borrower/vendor or your agency.


From the confirmation email, click to Modify Your Appointment



Clicking on the Reschedule/Cancel Appointment button will walk the user through the process to rebook or cancel the appointment.

Click cancel to remove the appointment to cancel and remove the appointment from the calendar.
