This article explains about the scenario when the LOT requirement is approved by the forwarder and RISC inspected by the lender, this is how it follows: 


When a lender sets a LOT as RISC inspected, as shown below:

Forwarder sets it as approved:

When an agent performs ON-HOOK action on any of the open cases related to this forwarder company, then they will be prompted to fill in the asset recovery form (AR Form).


In the AR form, the storage location which shown should be first verified whether storage location is RISC inspected by checking the expiration date of the location is set to the future. Or greater than the current system date if yes then the storage location should be used else lot cannot be used.

If the location is RISC inspected then check whether the locations are approved if yes, then show the storage location in the drop-down or else the lot cannot be used.


Both the conditions should be satisfied then only the storage location will be shown in the drop-down or else it should be disabled and the user should not be able to select them.
