The RCM Mandate, RC Mandate, and RC Enable options are found in the Enabled Mandate drop down located on the right side of your company profile page.
RCM Mandate
If RC Mobile Mandate is enabled, only mobile users can complete the actions related to an asset recovery.

RC Mandate
If RC Mandate is enabled, the forwarding company user cannot perform the recovery or other related actions such as On-Hook, Asset Recovery, pictures, or personal property. These actions will only be able to be completed by the agent/agencies via the web or mobile app.
Note: RC Mandate can be changed only by an MBSi Admin.
RC Enable
If RC Enable is selected, the forwarder or agent, who completed the On-Hook should perform all the remaining actions for the recovery. Ex: If a forwarder marks the asset On-Hook, then only that forwarder can complete the AR and the agent should not have an option.
An additional feature to RC Enable is the lender/forwarder ability to select the RCM Mandate exception flag on the individual case level authorizing a Service Provider to complete any remaining recovery related tasks.
From the case details dashboard under Service Provider tab, the gear icon has an option to set RCM Mandate Exception.
If selected, it will flag the case as an RCM Mandated exception case, allowing the Service Provider to complete the Asset Recovery items within the web version of RecoveryConnect.
After confirming the selecting from the pop-up, the RCM Mandate Exception is indicated in red text and RCM Mandate exception option in the gear icon will be grayed out.
