Form builder is part of the recovery system where various forms are build, as we have seen there are many forms used in the system such as condition report form, invoice form, asset recovery form and many more, each one of them have different templates and content, so these forms are in built here and saved with a name for future use.


We have come across these forms in many pages like case dashboard attachments, Recovery, invoices and Reports etc


Form builder has MRS( My Recovery system) templates predefined

We have option to select a MRS template or some of the custom forms which are already created by the developers, some of the MRS standard forms are as sown in image the list on left side claims DB, client acknowledge form, closed request form etc


the gear icon on the right corner of each type of form allows admin to edit, delete, duplicate and set a s form as inactive,

  • when we click on edit it will take to form creation page,
  • delete will delete the form, 
  • duplicate will create a new form with same template and content , name can be changed
  • set as inactive will make form inactive and we could know this by the mark next to name of form 
  • if we have a grey hyphen mark [mceclip1.png] it is inactive , if we have a green tick mark[mceclip2.png] it is active

clicking on the plus mark next to form name [mceclip0.png]take us to form builder name, we have all the fields pre-built in the template and we have a drag and drop functionality to place those boxes on the form to build a new form

  1. these are the available fields which can be drag and dropped in desired place of the form
  2. preview will help to preview form before creating it 
  3. give a title to form
  4. add new page for a new form or extra page for form

then finally save the form for future use
