We have created a new feature that will allow you to see your case counts bubbles in real-time, with just the click of the refresh button at the top right.
This impacts the navigation bubbles:
Service Providers Invoices
Service Providers Pending Closes & Pending Holds
Service Providers Pending Accepts and Declined Cases
Service Providers New Recoveries / Completed
Pending with Messages
Service Provider Case Updates
Megaphone
Fax
When you log in you will see a zero for all bubbles. When you click the refresh button you will see the updated case counts and the last time these were updated.
