In RecoveryConnect, you can review your prior month(s) invoices and manage your credit card on file, and verify service purchases. 



How To View Your Invoice

Step 1: From the home screen, click on Accounting

Step 2: Under Accounting, click on My Account



At the top of the page, you will see your Subscriptions and Outstanding Invoices 

The left column shows your Active Subscription

The right column shows your Available Services & Rates



Below the pricing, you will see your past Invoices, Credit Card(s)s on File, and signed Contracts.

Note: The gear to the right of the invoice will give the option for payment.



Credit Cards on File

View/Edit Credit Card(s) on File

Step 1: Click the gear next to the current credit card

Step 2: Click Edit and fill out the form


Upload New Credit Card

Step 1: Click the + next to Credit Card 

Step 2: Complete form and click Save



Verify Service Purchases


Step 1: From the home screen go to Settings > Service Purchases  



Step 2: Select from the Purchase Type dropdown

Step 3: Put in your Date Filter

Step 4: Click Filter
