Assigning Service Provider to a Case for Forwarders Print

This article applies to forwarders

Step 1: Open the case

Step 2: Click on the Service Providers tab

Step 3: Click on + Case Service Providers to view the Service Provider assigned to the case.

Click Find Others to display additional service provider options if available.

Once you select a service provider, click Assign Service Providers.
