Assigning a Service Provider to a Case - Lenders Print

This article applies to lenders company admins

Step 1: Open the case

Step 2: Click on the Service Providers tab

Step 3: Click the +Case Service Providers

Click Find Others to display additional available service provider options.

Step 4: Once you select a service provider, click Assign Service Providers.
