This feature will allow you to refresh/update the case notification bubble counts. 


Upon log in, you will see the last notification counts in the bubbles in the menu bar. 


Click the refresh button to see the updated case notification counts and the last time the counts were refreshed. 



This impacts the navigation bubbles:

  • My Cases

  • Closes/Holds

  • New

  • Service Providers Invoices

  • Service Providers Pending Closes & Pending Holds

  • Service Providers Pending Accepts and Declined Cases

  • Service Providers New Recoveries / Completed

  • Pending with Messages

  • Service Provider Case Updates

  • Megaphone

  • Fax
