After logging in, you see navigation menu bubbles at the top of the page. These are action items, informational items, or notifications.
- + Case: Create a new case.

- My Cases: List of cases assigned to you.

- Closes/Holds: Cases in pending close or pending hold status.

- New: Number of new/available cases. From here you can choose to accept or decline individual or multiple open cases.

- Service Provider Maintenance (box truck): Service provider-related notifications/information such as invoices, pending holds/closes, pending accept/declined cases, new recoveries/completions, messages, and case updates.

- Notifications (megaphone): The list of messages or case-related action items. From here you can choose to view and remove, mark as read, archive, or view case.

- Map Icon/Invalid Address: The current list of invalid case addresses that require action.

- Fax: Send or receive case-related documents.

- Bubble Counter Refresh: Click this to refresh your bubble counters on the notification bubbles.
