This article explains how to re-open a case for an agent from a forwarding company 

Step 1: Select a closed case that needs to be re-opened

Step 2: Fill out the form and assign a case to any of the caseworkers /agents from the list

Step 3: Click Open Account 

Note: Once the account is re-opened the case number will be a -2 to show that it has been re-opened.
