This article applies to agencies 



Once a case is created in the system and accepted by your agency, you can access the Case Information page to view all details related to that particular case.

Case No: the unique case number assigned to that particular case within the RecoveryConnect system


Case Type: this indicates the case type of that particular collateral - such as involuntary or voluntary repossession, condition report, etc. 


Client: the initiator of the case action; the lender or forwarder who created the case


Borrower: the borrower's name from whom the collateral must be repossessed from


The details in the grey box are the collateral-related details: make, model, VIN, and case status with the number of days since the last update.

Accepted Date: the date the case was accepted by the service provider/agency


Client Employee: the name of the client who created the case


Office Employee: the agent to whom this case is assigned by client, forwarder, or service provider


Office Location: the office location of the agency to which the case is assigned. You can change or edit the location by clicking on theMore_options_icon.PNG symbol. You can select from the options provided in the drop-down to change or update the office location.

Office Dept: the department to which a case belongs. Clicking on the + symbol will allow you to update as needed.

Case Tags: labels or tags that give clarification or further details about the case. You can select from case tags created by your company.

Contract: the legal agreement of fees negotiated between the service provider (agent) and the client (lender or forwarder). 

Note: This will not be applicable to every case.


If there is a contract between the case creator and the service provider, then you see a contract and version number.

Print: allows you to print, download, view, fax, or mail the (RC) Repossession Assignment Form
