This article applies to forwarders Completing On Hook
On-Hook allows you to mark the collateral repossessed as soon as it is recovered and you can then complete the Asset Recovery form and pictures.
Step 1: In your open cases, locate and click on the case that has been recovered to bring up the Case Details screen.
Step 2: Click the On-Hook Button

Step 3: Click Submit to confirm

Clicking On-Hook/Submit will change the case status to Repossession Pending - On-Hook and the Asset Recovery button will be present in the Case Details section.

Completing Asset Recovery
Step 1: Click on the Asset Recovery button to open the form.
There are three sections in the form to be filled by the forwarder.
Note: If Damage or Personal Property is indicated, those sections will also need to be completed.
- Collateral
- Damage (If applicable)
- Personal Property (if applicable)
- Recovery Details
- Storage Information
Collateral:
Specific information about the collateral such as collateral type, the number of miles on the speedometer, plate details and drive-ability, etc.
Note: If you want to create a condition report, select Create New in the Condition Report dropdown

Damage - If this is marked as yes in the dropdown, a Damage section will appear on the form

Personal Property- if this is marked as yes in the dropdown, a Personal Property section will appear on the form

Recovery Details:
Details about the recovery itself such as the Recovery Date, Recovered By, Recovered At, and Police information.
Storage Information:
Where the collateral is currently being stored. This information includes Space Number, Disposition of Collateral, and Current Location of Collateral.

Asset Recovery Pictures
Step 1: From the Case Details page, click Asset Recovery Pictures

Step 2: Go through the list of required photos, by clicking on each photo required and click Upload Pictures.
Note: The bubble counter next to each required photo will indicate the number of photos uploaded.
Step 3: After uploading all required photos, click on the Complete Photos to close the window.
After the Asset Recovery form and Photos are completed the case status will change to Repossessed.
