This article applies to lender company admins and case workers 

Step 1: Click on + Case

Step 2: Complete Basic Info details

  • Client

  • Case Type 

  • Lienholder 

  • VIN 

Note: Entering the collateral VIN will initiate a pop-up for you to complete collateral information.

Step 3: Complete the Collateral Information details

When complete, click Add


Step 4: Complete Borrower information details

  • Name

  • Home address home or work or both

  • Zip Code 

When complete, click Add Borrower

Step 5: Complete Office Location, Employees & Field Agents details

  • Office Loc/Dept.

  • Case Workers 

  • Select Address 

  • Our Field Agent

Click Search under Find Service Providers 


Step 6: Select a service provider from the list by selecting the Office and Address 

Click Assign and Create Case

Created case:
