How to Close a Case

Step 1: Navigate to an open case

Step 2: Click the Close Case button

Step 3: Fill out the details on the Close Account form and click Close Account

Step 1: Navigate to a closed or recovery completed case

Step 2: Click the Re-Open Case button

Step 3: Fill out the Re-Open Account form and click Open Account with Service Provider

This action will reopen the case:
