This article applies to agency alpha tester users
Step 1: Make sure your user has Alpha Tester as an employee type
Step 2: Go to Settings > Case Import Tool
Step 3: Click the Download RC Sample File or use your own file with the required fields below
Note: If you are exporting a report from RDN, you will not need to use the sample file. Just upload the report with the proper displayed columns.
Step 4: Fill out the spreadsheet with the following information
VIN Number (Identification Number)
Client Name
Lienholder Name
Borrower First Name
Borrower Last Name
Borrower Home Address
Borrower Home City
Borrower Home State
Borrower Home Zip code
Case Type
Step 5: Click the +Case Import Profiles and fill out the form
Step 6: Define Columns from the spreadsheet uploaded, then click Next
Column Name From File - These are the titles from the file uploaded
Bind to RC Data - This will be what the column would be called in RecoveryConnect
Sample Data from File - This is the data from the first cell of information
Step 7: Define Entity by selecting the RC Entity from the drop-down, then click Next
Companies in CSV file - this is the client when there is a lienholder involved
Lienholder in CSV file - this is the lienholder on the case
