Clients/service providers are able to mark a case/ address as Do Not Contact (Meaning don't contact the borrower in any way). This in turn helps the service providers know which cases/addresses are marked Do Not Contact by just looking at the Case Details in RecoveryConnect. Service providers are also able to see this in RCM from the case details screen and also from the Map when you click on an icon. (Pro users only for in map view)
Step 1: From the case, view click on the Details tab
Step 2: Scroll down to the Addresses and References
Step 3: Click on the Gear on the far right
Step 4: Click on the Do Not Contact button
The banner shows to the right of the address
Setting Do Not Contact To A Case Through The Options Button
Step 1: From the case view, click on the Options button in the upper right corner
Step 2: Click on Do Not Contact Address/ Phone
Note: You get the same result when completing the action this way as well.
