How to do a Geo Update Report Using a Prebuilt Report


Step 1: Hover on My Reports > Click Case Updates Report 


Step 2: In the Case Update Report filter by selecting RCM Geo Update





Step 3: You can choose to select other filters or click Filter Results 






How to Create a Geo Update Report Using My Reports


Step 1: Click on My Reports 



Step 2: Select RCM Geo Update from the drop-down under Contains Update Type


Step 3: Click Run Report



You export the report by clicking on the Export tab > CSV



To add the report to your dashboard:  


Step 1: Click Save > Save as New Report 



Step 2: Fill out the form and click Add to Dashboard then Save Report
