How to Place a Case On Hold


Step 1: From the case view of an assignment click the Hold Case button 



Step 2: Fill out the pop-up form then click Hold Account 



The case then changes to an On Hold status and indicates the reason for the hold 



How To Remove a Hold from a Case


Step 1: Locate the case that needs to be removed from hold and from the case view click the Remove Hold button



Step 2: Fill out the pop-up form 


Click the box under Re-Open Prior Service Provider to release the hold for the service providers listed on the case. 


Note: Leaving the box unchecked will mean that a new service provider will need to be selected from the service provider tab on case view. Click Here to read how to assign a service provider to a case. 


Step 3: Click Remove Hold 



The case will show in an Open status
