This article applies to everyone Use Case Tags on cases as a virtual sticky note that you can add to the case details.
How to Create Case Tags
Step 1: From Settings click on Case Tags

Step 2: Click +Case Tags Management

Step 3: Enter the Case Tag Name and click Save

The created Case Tag will be listed under Your Company Tags. From here, you have the option to edit, delete or put your list in alphabetical order

How to Use Case Tags
Step 1: From the Create Case page, click on the Case Tags box
Step 2: Select the Case Tag you want to use
Once selected, the Case Tag will display in the case details section
Note: You can also add a case tag to an existing case by clicking the +Case Tag from the case view
