If there are cases or actions to take on Closes/Holds or New, the button will turn RED in real-time indicating you have items that need attention. If there are no cases, then these buttons will be white. As soon as a New case or a case is Closed or put On Hold, the button will turn red. You will not have to refresh your screen or click the blue refresh button.

Example: This company has 13 New cases so the New button is red.
Example: This company has no Closes/Holds to accept so the button is white.
