This article applies to agency company admins 





How to Manage Employees through the Employee Information Screen 


Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Company Employees 



Step 2: Select an active employee 



Step 3: Under the Employee Information tab, click the Edit button




Step 4: Under Employee Type, click the drop-down and select VendorConnect Service 


Step 5: Click Save 




Step 6: Enter Risc Education Email (if needed) 




Step 8: Click Save 


How to Manage Employees through the Set Up Process 


Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Company Employees 



Step 2: Click +Employee List 


Step 3: Fill out the form and under Employee Type select VendorConnect Service Provider
