My Reports within RecoveryConnect allow you to complete bulk actions easily. This comes in handy when changing a field agent on a group of cases or you want to make the same update on multiple cases.



Step 1: From the home screen click on My Reports 



Step 2: Fill out the filters you want, then Run Report

Note: This example will show how to change a field agent in bulk




Step 3: After the report has been run you can select the cases you would like to change by marking the boxes to the left of the case 

Note: If you select the top box it will highlight the ones below it.



Step 4: Select your change type from the drop-down list under Bulk Update



Step 5: Fill out the pop-up with the change and click Change Case Worker



Step 6: Confirm you want the change by clicking Do Bulk Action
