This article applies to accounting and company admins MBSi partnered with Santander/CCAP to eliminate recovery transaction fees for all Santander/CCAP cases in RecoveryConnect for agencies. Effective January 1, 2023, recovery agencies can expect to see a $0 transaction fee for all Santander/CCAP recoveries on their RecoveryConnect invoice. All recovery transaction fees incurred in January and February 2023 will show on your invoice as an "iRepo Credit." If you need your transaction list, please submit a request to support@mbsicorp.com.

Transaction Fees Explained
Monthly Subscription Fee: Depending on your subscription, you will see Basic or Pro here.
Storage Lot Fee: Your first storage location is free. After that, there is a monthly fee which will show here.
SP Accept Case Fee: There is no accept fee for agencies on the per recovery subscription.
Santander/CCAP Recoveries: This will show a $0 price per unit.
SP Repossessed Case Fee: This is the per recovery price you pay for completed recoveries.
