This article applies to VendorConnect Client user types
This functionality within VendorConnect is to give the client control over the renewal of lot inspections.
Step 1: Log into VendorConnect, and select Service Requests from the VendorConnect Menu.

Step 2: In Service Requests, select the Contract and then select the Company (Service Provider) for the desired lot location to cancel the future site inspection. Then click Run Filter.

Step 3: Once the filter has run, click the +Expand button, then select Pick Locations.

From the Selected Locations tab, identify the address to mark as Do Not Renew and select yes or no from the drop-down next to the address.
“Yes” to confirm Do Not Renew.
“No” to keep renewing the inspection for that address.

Once the DNR is switched to “Yes”, the inspection for that address will no longer be auto-renewed.
Note: If the client is on the monthly subscription billing, they will continue to be billed for the remaining months left on the inspection.
