This article applies to clients with switch manager access 


This function will allow you to create an LPR case prior to the Switch date.  



Step 1: Make sure your employee has the correct access to see the LPR under the Service Provider chevron 

Note: Click here to see Switch employee types 



Step 2: Click on the Service Provider chevron to see LPR Service Providers

Note: If Switch does not have any LPR orders in the queue, then you will not see the LPR Service Provider section 



Step 3: Click on Create LPR, and select Yes  



Step 4: Read the information box, then click Close 



Step 5: Refresh the screen to see the LPR was added 



Once the LPR has been created you will no longer see the LPR queue.
