This article applies to company admins and case workers 



Case alerts are useful for communicating between internal employees, by putting an alert on a case.  



Step 1: From the case view click on Options>Case Alerts 



Step 2: Fill out the pop-up and click Save Alerts 

Note: When you check the box, Intrusive Alert (alert by dialog box)



When you save the alert it will show up on the case for whomever you selected to see it.

The receiver of the alert has the ability to snooze and have it pop up again in the amount of time selected.

When you select close the alert will disappear and the alert will show under the case in red text.  When the user selects the box, then closing the alert will show in the color of the background.



Click the box, then Dismiss Selected Alerts to take it off the case.
