This article applies to everyone with access to My Reports



If you need to check your case statuses, here is a report you can pull to help.





Step 1: Click on My Reports

Step 2: Select Created under My Data Filters 

Step 3: Select the Date Range 

Step 4: Click on Displayed Columns and have these selected:

  • Case Created

  • Case #

  • Status 

  • Client Name

  • VIN  

Step 4: Run Report 

Note: To see more than 10 lines per page, click on Misc. Options to select how many you would like to see
