This article applies to company admins and case workers 




Step 1: Select +Case at the top navigation

Step 2: Add Case Type 

Step 3: Enter a VIN number

Step 4: Add Borrower Information

  • First and Last Name

  • Driver License and State

  • Address and Zip (city and state will auto-populate)

Step 5: Click Use Switch button



Case View & Explanation  



  1. LPR Case Created

  2. Switch Info: Placement Name / Placement Level

  3. Switch Info: Switch Date

  4. Switch Info: Rule ID (w/ hyperlink - view switch case details)

  5. Switch Info: Schedule ID(s) - RCS + LPR (if applicable)

  6. Event Log: Shows "Author" as the Switch assigned case to Vendor

  7. Event Log: Shows "Author" as Switch assigned LPR case to LPR vendor
