Step 1: Hover over Settings and select My Company Profile

Step 2: Scroll to Violent Borrower Settings
Step 3: Select what happens when a Violent Event is flagged to a case
Note: We will place the case on hold when violence is noted, and the case owner (lender, forwarder, originator) will be responsible for reviewing the hold.

When the Violent Event has been identified, you will see the Violent flag on the case.

View and Respond to Violent Event cases through email notifications. You can set up the notification, Mark the Debtor as Violent. Once turned on, you'll receive a direct link to every flagged case as it happens, so you'll never miss a high-risk assignment.
