This article applies to spotter admins
Step 1: Click the following URL: https://gospotter.io/ to log in to the spotter portal. Please enter your username and password.
Note: Your username and password are the same as RecoveryConnect.
Click on Driver Dashboard to view the pins on the map that your drivers see.
Click Manage Users to access your user list.
Role - This feature enables you to filter by whether the user is a Spotter Driver or a Spotter Admin.
Three Lines - Allows you to select what columns you want to see
Column Explanation
- ID - Unique number specific to the user
- Username - Username of the user
- Full Name - User's actual name
- Role - Is the user a spotter driver or spotter admin
- Status - User's status, active or inactive, pending
- Created At - When the user was put into the system
Edit - Allows you to edit your user's information
Click on "Spotter Job Addresses" to view the addresses on the spotter's list.
Filter - Allows you to see the cases you want based on the filters you choose
Address Header Explanation
Click the three lines by Search to customize what you see
- ID - The number is specific to the RecoveryConnect company
- VIN - Vehicle Identification Number
- YMM - Year, Make, and Model of the vehicle
- Address - Address where to search for the vehicle
- City
- State
- Zip
- Status - Status of the address to be spotted
- New - Address that needs to be accepted
- Accepted - Spotter has accepted the address
- Completed - Address has been processed
- Cancelled - The address has been cancelled for spot
- Address Type - This will show if there is a business address, also
- Spotted - Vehicle has been spotted.
- Drive Away - The Spotter was unable to access the vehicle and had to drive away.
- Plate Process Results - License Plate Number
- Comments - Notes related to the address
- Date Created - When the address was put into the spotter program
- Date Completed - When the address has been processed to completion
Edit - This will allow you to edit case information
