  • Confirms debtor connection

  • Identifies other linked vehicles

  • Helps validate the address

Signs of Life:

Signs of Vacancy:

FIRST RUN (NEW ACCOUNTS)

Include:

✔ Parking details
✔ Vehicle tags
✔ Obstacles
✔ Whether the unit was spotted
✔ End with continued efforts

Example:
The agent ran the address. One-story house with a two-car attached garage. Garage empty. 


RE-RUN (ACTIVE ACCOUNTS)

Still include detail.

✔ What occurred during the visit
✔ Whether the unit spotted
✔ Vehicles present (with tags)
✔ For apartments: confirm full lot searched

Example:
Agent re-ran the address. Unit not spotted at the location or in the area. 


AVOID THESE MISTAKES

  • “No contact” with no description

  • No parking details

  • No vehicle info when vehicles are present

  • No occupancy indicators

  • No plate numbers

  • No mention of search scope (apartments)
