This article applies to customers using Switch Direct Direct Switch - Assignments
Implement a new page in RC Switch to view and search Direct Assignments, accessible via an “Assignments” menu item under the Switch Direct drop-down. The page will display essential assignment details, including case data (original RC API JSON), parent and child order IDs (searchable and sortable), service provider, placement, status, created date, switch date, applied rule, and schedule (with sortable columns where applicable).
To optimize delivery time, the initial implementation will include a quick search capability for parent_order_id and child_order_id, while advanced filtering options will be deferred to lower-priority follow-up tasks.
