Create Recovery Personals
Description: This endpoint creates a personal property record associated with a specific recovery.
During the recovery process, personal belongings found inside the recovered collateral (such as items in the trunk, glove compartment, or cabin) can be recorded. This endpoint allows users to store information about those items along with the property location and storage details.

Retrieve Recovery Personals Photos
Description: This endpoint retrieves the list of photos associated with personal property recorded during a recovery.
When personal belongings are found inside the recovered collateral (such as items in the trunk, glove compartment, or cabin), photos may be captured for documentation purposes. This endpoint returns the photos attached to the personal property records for the specified recovery.
