This article applies to agency field agents and field agent supervisors You have two options to complete the required phots for the asset recovery
- Take photo(s) from the app
- Upload an existing photo
Take photo(s) from the app
Step 1: From My Addresses click on a case

Step 2: Click on the Photos tab

Step 3: Click the Camera icon

Step 4: Take the picture then click Retry or OK
Note: Retry will allow you to retake the picture and save will save to your photos

Upload an existing photo
Step 1: Click on the upload icon

Step 2: Select the photo you wish to add

Note: These are not the pictures that you upload for the asset recovery process
