This article applies to company admins with field agent employee types 





RCM now gives users the ability to accept or decline cases within the actual app itself.  


Step 1: Click the New Cases button



Step 2: Click on the case card to view more specific information

Note: Click the back arrow to get back to the New Cases screen



Step 3: Click the Select All box to Accept or Decline all on the list or you can long press to select them one by one



Step 4: If Accept is selected you will see this box to select the Caseworker 

Note: You can click the drop-down to select someone other than yourself if you desire.



Step 5: If Decline is selected you will see this optional message box 



Step 6: To filter your case card view click the Filter button 



Step 7: Fill out filters options then click Apply Filters
