The picture zoom option enables you to pinpoint and zoom into specific areas when adding pictures to a case. 



Step 1: Log in to RCM and click on the map icon on the bottom menu bar.




Step 2:  Click on the case icon on the map.

 


Step 3: Click on the additional actions for the case.




Step 4: Click on Case Details.


 

Step 5: Click on the Photos tab.




Step 6: Click on the camera icon.




Step 7: Take a picture of the collateral and zoom in on specific area(s) as needed. 

Example: VIN number, license plate, and/or damage.
