This article applies to Field Agents and Field Agent Supervisors
Step 1: Click on To-do List from the home page.
Step 2: Select the Updates Needed.
Step 3: From the list, select the case you need to update.
Note: Any previous updates to the case will be displayed in the Updates tab.
Step 4: To add an update, click on the plus icon at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5: Enter the update in the box provided or choose the options provided.
Step 6: Select save option:
- Save Private: The update will remain internal only.
- Save Public: The information about the case will be sent to all companies related to that case.
