This article applies to field agents and field agent supervisors 



Step 1: Click on the Map icon to view assigned cases on the map 




Step 2: From the map, click on one of your icons to access basic information for that case. 





From the case details, click the Three Dots to access Additional Actions.




 

Under Additional Actions, you will have the option of the following action items: 



Additional Actions 

Case Details - will take you to a more in-depth detail on the case 

Geo-Update - will allow you to do just a Geo-Update with one click 

Invalid Address - click this to invalidate an address and take the pin off the map 

Mark as Favorite - this will allow only favorite addresses to show on the map 

View in Browser - takes you to the case in RecoveryConnect as long as you are logged in 

Change Icon - will allow the user to change what pin they see on the map for most used icons 



Click Blue Arrows to access quick updates and geo-update to add an update on the case. 




On the Updates screen, you can click the geo-update button to give a location on your update. You are also able to type in your update or select from the quick update options.



Click on the Grey Arrow to access turn by turn navigtion instructions to collateral 




Navigation to the case address will open from your current location.



Click on the Green Hook to on-hook the collateral 




In the pop up, confirm Yes to On-Hook or No to cancel and return to the map
