To complete Personal Property you have to go through the asset recovery process:  

  • Complete the Asset Recovery
  • Complete Condition & Photos


Personal Property


Step 1: Click the drop-down to indicate if there is or is no personal property


Step 2: Click the area where the property was found

Note: When repossessing collateral in Illinois users must complete the removal of privacy data. The new information fields have been added to RCM and RecoveryConnect. 


Step 3: Click inside the box and type in the items found



Step 4: Click Save to add the item to that section 

Note: You only need to add at least one item in total to meet the requirement 




Step 5: Click Submit when Personal Property details are added
